CABBAGE SALAD |
Salads are the most refreshing and healthy dish that can be served with any meal or on the go. Cabbage salad is one such a way to make your day refreshing. It is quick and easy to make.
INGREDIENTS:
- Green Cabbage
- Red Cabbage
- Carrot
- Onion
- Cucumber
- Vinegar
- Spices (Salt, Black pepper powder, Black salt powder)
METHOD:
- Finely dice the red and green cabbage. Chop carrot and cucumber vertically thin. Chop onions to make onion rings.
- Take a bowl and add chopped green cabbage, red cabbage and carrot. Sprinkle salt and leave it aside for few minutes.
- Now, add chopped cucumber and onion rings. Sprinkle some black pepper powder and black salt powder as per taste.
- Add a spoon of vinegar to it.
- Mix really well and the salad is ready to serve.
