Apple and pear are usually the first foods for baby and are easy to digest. When added with veggies such as sweet potato and pumpkin they become healthy and delicious.
- Apple
- Pear
- Sweet Potato
- Pumpkin
- Peel, core and cut all the ingredients into small pieces.

- Steam the fruits and veggies by adding little water. I have used a steamer for this.
- Once steamed, mash all of them in mixer to make a smooth puree. It's ready to eat.
